    Introduction: At TechXploit, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In these cases, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.

    1. Returns:

    • Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
    • Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
    • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@techxploit.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

    2. Refunds:

    • Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Processing Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@techxploit.com.

    3. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@techxploit.com.

    4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
